We present our returns and exchanges policy:

Returns / Exchanges:

All of our items are subject to return for store credit or exchange for a different size in the same model. Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

Items must first be returned to us for inspection. To be eligible for return, item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, in its original packaging within 21 days of delivery. Refund or exchange will be strictly at the discretion of TE___ SAGRADAS. Refunds will only be issued for defective products, not for change of mind, incorrect color or fit, so choose carefully.

Defective and Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of purchase so we can determine the next course of action. Please be sure to provide your order number, along with photos or videos of the item in
issue so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Process:

All returns must be processed through our online portal. Once your returned item is received, it will be evaluated and processed for a store credit or refund.
We process all returns and exchanges within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Sale items cannot be exchanged. Return shipping method and associated costs are
customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost of exchange items.
